Are electronic signatures capabilities included in StartContracts subscriptions?
No. There is an added charge for electronic signatures, with pricing based on usage. However, the cost of electronic signatures through DocuSign (Ariba's eSignature partner) is frequently many orders of magnitude less than the benefit you can receive on even a small number of electronically signed documents, due to the elimination of high shipping costs. Our legal department would like to make some changes to your Subscription Agreement, is that possible?
No, changes to the subscription agreement are not permitted. Ariba's pricing structure does not allow for the maintenance of individual agreements for every Ariba StartContracts customer.
Does Ariba offer services and expertise to help my organization maximize the benefits of Ariba StartContracts?
Ariba StartContracts is packaged with limited deployment and project management enablement services, as well as support services that include end user support, upgrade services, hosting services, and limited training services. We understand that additional contract management expertise, support, and administration are sometimes necessary to promote user adoption and achieve full ROI. You can pay for more help as needed from Ariba Services, which are available to assist in a wide variety of areas, including:

- User Training — Basic user training sessions are pre-recorded, web-based tutorials focused on the tasks required to successfully use the service. Available in English, 24 hours per day.
- Supplier Training — You can also provide training support for your suppliers. Supplier training sessions are also pre-recorded, web-based tutorials that can help them with the tasks required to successfully use the online service. Available in English, 24 hours per day.

Yes. For every user you buy in StartSourcing or StartContracts, you are entitled to add four team members at no additional charge.
