If you are currently registered on the Ariba® Supplier Network, you can sign up for Ariba Supplier Technical Support (Ariba STS), which gives you high-quality technical support for a nominal subscription fee. Specifically, Ariba STS provides:
  • Assistance with account configurations and registration issues
  • Direct access to technical support engineers by telephone or online webform
  • Guaranteed, 24x7 support for high-priority technical support issues
  • One-hour response times for technical support issues
  • Access to a variety of online self-help tools
Ariba STS is intended for suppliers that are technically integrated with the Ariba Supplier Network using cXML, EDI and PunchOut. In addition, Ariba STS can support catalog suppliers who need assistance with catalog formatting and validation.

Pricing

Ariba STS is available for just $1,000 per year per Ariba Supplier Network account. This subscription applies to all buyer relationships in your Network account. You can sign up for Ariba STS and pay via credit card on the Ariba Supplier Network.

Getting Started with Ariba STS

Sign up for the Ariba STS Program in four easy steps:
  • Log on to the Ariba Supplier Network
  • Click the "My Services" link on the left-side menu bar
  • Click the "Sign Up" button next to the service description
  • Follow the wizard and fill out the information
