Ariba User Groups
Ariba User Groups are created for and hosted by licensed Ariba customers. Groups are typically organized by region, industry, or solution. Group members meet on a regular cadence to collaborate, network, share best practices, and provide industry and product input about future Ariba releases. Each Group focuses on topics of high interest to the participants, and all Ariba customers are welcome to participate.
Ariba User Groups are your opportunity to:
- Get to know other Ariba users and learn from each other
- Engage directly with Ariba solution experts
- Learn about upcoming product enhancements
- Voice opinions and offer suggestions to contribute to the development and
improvement of Ariba solutions
Types of Ariba User Groups
There are three types of Ariba User Groups. There are Regional User Groups and On-Line User Groups. Users are also specifically invited to gather during our annual Ariba LIVE event.
- Regional User Groups
One-day Regional User Groups are held in North America (northeast, southeast, east, and west) and EMEA (UK, Germany, and France), and Australia, with a goal of two in each region annually. They last one full day and cover various topics, solutions, and industries. These live sessions are held at either a third-party or customer location. Customers can attend these events free-of-charge. - On-Line User Groups
With a goal of one session per month, these virtual User Groups are conducted via webcast and recorded, so that customers who miss them can access the content on-demand, via the Ariba User Group portal. Lasting one to two hours and covering various topics, solutions, and industries, these events are free-of-charge to all Ariba customers. - Ariba LIVE User Community
User Conferences have evolved to become the Ariba LIVE User Community, occurring during our annual industry conference. Users get all the benefits of Ariba LIVE's great main-stage and networking events, and at the same time have access to multiple, user-only breakout sessions. It's a great opportunity for you to interact with Ariba solutions managers, engineers, and solution strategists.
All user group events are open to licensed Ariba users. See the sidebar for upcoming events. If you're interested in attending, please email Polly Kruse for further details or to register.
